Pickle Recipe for Red Onions

  1. Divide the onion and shred the half using a shredder for thinly sliced pieces. You can slice them with a knife also.
  2. Put them in a glass
  3. Add two cups of vinegar and two cups of water
  4. Add 50 grams of sugar in a quarter (1/4) cup
  5. Add 3 tableful spoonful of salt
  6. Cook over stove until everything is dissolved
  7. You can add pickling spice, thyme, mint (optional)
  8. Let it sit for hours
