Leslie Allen Jordan was an American actor, writer, and singer who lived from April 29, 1955, until October 24, 2022.

His most well-known performances include Lonnie Garr on Hearts Afire (1993–1995), and Beverly Leslie on Will & Grace (2001–2006, 2017–2020), for which he received a Primetime Emmy Award in 2006 for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, several characters in the American Horror Story series (2011–present), Sid on The Cool Kids (2018–2019), and Phil on Call Me Kat (2021–2023).

He played Earl “Brother Boy” Ingram in Sordid Lives, one of his most well-known stage performances. He also portrayed the character on the big screen in the well-liked cult movie of the same name. He grew to fame on Instagram during the 2020 pandemic, gaining 5.8 million followers.

Jordan was born on April 29, 1955, and grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He graduated from Brainerd High School. Jordan noted that even though his mother Peggy Ann (Griffin) never got to know him entirely, she was supportive and accepting of him.
