Although Elom Adablah alias E.L left his fans hanging when he unceremoniously took a back seat to releasing new music, observers reckoned he did so to safeguard his sanity and get reinvigorated.
And thanks to a Feb. 10 announcement on Facebook that he was back and a March 2 announcement that he was now signed to ONErpm, a premier music solutions company, the man also called Lomi is sure to channel his creative juices to explosive outcomes.
“Proud to Announce, Deal Done. It’s Official. ONErpm @ONErpmAfrC,” he posted to Facebook.
With the marketing solutions, technology and strategic alliances of ONErpm to support him, E.L who boasts of 3 albums and 15 mixtapes is sure to lead the Ghana music onslaught.
E.L will be joining fellow Ghanaian creatives Kweku Darlington and Kelvin Boy on the ONErpm platform which also boasts of Ycee, Masterkraft, Chike and Laycon for Nigeria as well as Mabantu, Rose Muhando for Tanzania.
The rapper, singer, producer and sound engineer was Director of Music for his former label, BBNZ before parting ways.
The versatile artiste runs V.O. Nation, a record label and music house in Accra.
Emmanuel Zunz is the CEO and Co-Founder at ONErpm.com, a digital rights platform, with more than 300 million subscribers and two billion audio streams per month.
With offices in New York City, Nashville and São Paulo, the company distributes music from artistes across continents earning a percentage of the revenue generated by plays, views and downloads of content.
ONErpm says it looks for artistes that have already demonstrated traction artistically and commercially and E.L, the one-time Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year recipient is just the ideal spouse for this marriage.
